With our ethical & environmental values in mind and love for a storytelling touch; we created two recycled packaging options, both come with care instructions and a handwritten note.


Our basic free packaging has a firm shipping box with your beautiful lingerie pieces wrapped in our beloved signature tissue paper. 


~ Our Signature Brand Box ~

We created our luxury brand box ~ a sturdy box in four different color options created to store and protect your beautiful pieces for an additional charge. Every color comes with a creative tissue paper combination.


~ Leave a Personal Note ~

With every order, you can leave a personal note in the comment section and we would happily handwrite it for you on our card.


~ Discreet Shipping ~

All our packaging is recycled and plastic-free with a discreet FedEx delivery cover.

You can choose to pick up your lovely order in our atelier located in the center of Amsterdam.

Shipping policy  

Our lovely pieces are handmade in The Netherlands and Romania in a small atelier with the same work values.  Please take into consideration that the shipment date depends on the specific piece and our stock. This will be mentioned on the product page. If the pieces are in stock your order will be sent the same day.  If you need your order for a specific date or if you have any questions please reach out to us: orders@tisjadamen.com

Delivery European Union countries with a local carrier

We added a new shipping method for European countries. You can now choose for your order to be shipped with local carriers

 through the carrier service Post NL. Shipping with this option is lower in cost, but will also take a bit longer. 

You will still have the possibility to choose for faster delivery with our FedEx carrier as well.  

Shipping cost with this option:

For countries listed under EU1 €15,-

For countries listed under EU2 €23,- 

You will receive a confirmation with the tracking information. Please note we can't be held responsible for any delays, 

damage or loss once the package has left our atelier and is transferred to our carrier.

In case of delay, loss or damage

We trust that our carriers treat these packages with respect and care, but we're all human and sometimes packages get delayed, are lost or damaged. We will always solve this matter with the help of our carriers, but this process does take time and we ask for your patience during this time. 

If a package is lost or too damaged we will send the order again.

 With made to order pieces this means we need some time in our atelier to make your order again.
