Our basic free packaging has a sturdy shipping box with your beautiful lingerie pieces wrapped in our beloved signature tissue paper.

We created our luxury brand box ~ a sturdy box in four different color options created to store and protect your beautiful pieces for an additional charge. Every color comes with a creative tissue paper combination.
~ Leave a Personal Note ~
With every order, you can leave a personal note in the comment section and we would happily handwrite it for you on our card.
~ Discreet Shipping ~
All our packaging is recycled and plastic-free with a discreet FedEx delivery cover.
Our lovely pieces are handmade in The Netherlands and Romania in a small atelier with the same work values. Please consider that the shipment date depends on the specific piece and our stock. We are not a large online shop, and everything is done by a small team, and that is why we do not say an order will be sent the same day.

In stock pieces
When the piece(s) of your order are all in stock, your order will be sent within two days.
If a piece is made-to-order or a pre-order you will see this mentioned in the name and product text.
These pieces need to be made in our Amsterdam atelier for you, and this takes time, but with this, we can stay creative and keep our ethical and environmental values alive. With this, you are supporting an independent brand which we highly appreciate.

Currently, we offer our gorgeous signature pieces, the ''Poetica'' and ''Gaia'' pieces, as pre-orders. We will contact our lovely customers with updates. You always have the right to cancel or change an order if the order has not yet been shipped; you can do this by sending us an email with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Customers buying a lovely order outside the EU will shop tax-free. So to clarify, they will pay less money for their order as customers within the EU. To balance this, customers outside the EU will be responsible for paying for customs and duties depending on the tax regulations for their own country. In the end, in comparison, all customers pay around the same amount worldwide. We hope this clarifies how this works when you shop online. We understand it can become difficult when you do not know this beforehand.
We trust that our carriers treat these packages with respect and care, but we're all human, and sometimes packages get delayed, lost, or damaged. We will always solve this situation with the help of our carriers, but this process does take time, and we would like to ask you to please be patient during this time.
If a package is lost or too damaged, we will start an investigation. Please be patient during this process.
We will offer to send the order again or give you a refund after the investigation is started.
With made-to-order pieces, this means we need some time in our atelier to make your order again.
We believe in seasonless and timeless creations, so we don't have sale periods as most brands do. Instead, we offer sample & stock sales when we have enough pieces. The number of pieces and the size will be limited every time. Some pieces are made from leftover stock; in this way, every sale will be different.
During sales or when we offer a discount code, we expect a longer timeframe for your lovely order to be ready. We kindly ask you for your patience because we work in a very small team, and all these packages are wrapped with care.
Due to the limited amount of sizes, we can not easily change your size after you place your order. Please keep in mind that when you cancel your order when the sale is over, will mean someone else missed out on your pieces.
If you place several orders and wish your double shipping cost to be refunded, please mention this at checkout. If you do not mention this, we might miss the several orders you placed, and we will ship as planned.
If any additional gifts are offered, there will be a code required or a mention at checkout. If you do not mention or use the code, we will not be able to offer the gift after the package is packed.
